Our amazing team has used its experience to create a "Remote Asynchronous Microwave Measurement System", or RAMMS. With a small portable battery-operated wideband transmitter set to run autonomously at an Antenna or remote location, and a downstream Receiver measuring the signals transmitted, the whole RF path from Antenna to Receiver can be measured, tested and adjusted if needed. This is great for long distances. There is no synchronizing connection required between the transmitter and receiver. It's all very portable, fitting in a pelican weatherproof case. RF path gain/loss vs frequency is accurate to within a few tenths of a dB. Frequency coverage is 10 MHz to 20 GHz. The easy to use software provides analysis and reports of the performance.
